Dear Friends, Can I find a fair jury in America? I'm facing a DUI charge before a very conservative area of California and don't know if they'll give me a break. It is funny though cause I see all them at the bars but in church on Sunday. This is a funny thing to go through, a DUI arrest.
If you have ever seen any of those people in your life then see them on the stand tell your lawyer and he should have them excused and a new juror brought in. They would be a biast juror if they know, or know of you from a personal place like church or a bar.
