If you have been arrested for a DUI, please help me by answering this question.  1 month ago I was pulled over for a DUI in Pennsylvania.  I was wondering how long it takes to receive the affidavit listing the charges through the mail.  Also, when should I expect to see lawyer letters coming in through the mail?  Since it has been a month already, do you think the officer doesn't want to do the paperwork and might just let this case go?  He did just drop me off at home after getting my blood taken with no holding cell time.
