Oregon: Lane, Linn, Benton, Coos, Douglas Counties.  Defending people charged with driving under the influence.  Defendants have only 10 days to contest suspension of drivers license for breath test refusal or failure.  New law regarding breath test refusal has gone into effect which penalizes driver $500 to $1000 in addition to license suspension for refusal.
