what's going to happen and what are the consequence. My father past away on last friday, so i took it my life to another level. i was fustrated and lost my mind at the same time i was confused and heart broken so i decided to drink liquor to heal my wounds. i was drinking at a local park crying my life for loosing someone that closed to me. it was about 5 am and i decided to hed back home. but i realize i couldnt drive that good and my sleep was taking control of my body. So i decided to pull of a ramp and got to the side of the road, i drove for about 8 mins and pull over. i turned the car off left the keys in the ignition and went to sleep. about a hour later a cop was knocking on my window asking me to unlock the door and to step out of my vechicle. i got out and then he tested me my alcohol level was at .12. He than told me to walk the line and follow his fingers and i did everything right. the officer was amazed that my alcohol level was at .12 and i was walking a straight line. He than arrested me and book me in. I have a cdl class a permit and a regular class c license. they revoked from me for 30 days. im trying to get information and advice, is my first time getting into anykind of trouble my first charged with dui. someone help me out and give me some advice im 23 years old and live in the state of north carolina. I cant afford to loose my permit and my license for a year. Thats my future my life my food, my everything what can i do.
