I am totally sick over an extreme DUI I received in Tucson, AZ and fear if I have to do jail time I will lose my job, which will devistate me.
This is my first offense and I have no prior criminal record.
Would you be able to provide me with information for what I'm up against? Any feedback would be more than appreicated . Thank you! -Mary

How did yours end up turning out? I am battling a first time DUI with 2X the legal limit. My DMV hearing is tomorrow morning and I was just wondering what happened with yours.
