My husband just got arrested for DWI in NH. He did take the breathalizer and now is questioning whether or not it is worth hiring an attorney? They say there is no real way to fight it unless there was a problem with the machine and he is wondering whether he should just plead guilty/ Would an attorney really be able to help?
