If you've been arrested for DUI in Mendocino or Lake Counties in the State of California, contact my office within 10 days of arrest to protect your license. Waiting for court is too late. This applies to out-of-state residents too who will find that a license suspension in California usually means a license suspension in the home state.

My office also represents commercial drivers with a pending negligent operator hearing due to the accumulation of too many points, drivers who have lost their licenses for medical reasons, and seniors who have received a notice of license suspension from the DMV. The DMV will schedule a friendly telephone interview which actually is a "mini-trial" that people without attorneys usually lose.
