2nd offense: Maximum 1 year jail - some courts minimum 4 days up to 10 days jail, $1000 fine plus costs, extra classes and therapy, license suspended or restricted, insurances rates hiked.
3rd offense: Maximum 1 year jail, $1000 fine plus costs, extra, extra classes and therapy, license suspended or restricted but usually revoked 3 years, 120 days jail minimum. Work alternatives not usually an option. Residential treatment and therapy can sometimes be substituted for the jail time, insurances rates hiked.
