dmv throw out my dui case, since i had hardly any alchol in my system. but the da did not throw it out. so i excepted the conviction since he said i would go to jail if i lost? anyways after that the dmv came back and said they are now suspending my drivers license do to the courts decision? can they do that and do i have to file a sr-22??????????
