I got my DUI last year and have already been convicted. As it stand right now my license is suspended in CA until Feb 2008, I can reapply for a DL then if the court doesnt send any paperwork, which they havent yet thank god. Well I am trasfering my probation to NV and I wil be moving there in a couple of months or so. If CA revokes my license and they want me to do a program there, I cant apply for a NV DL until that is clear. Is there anyway around this does anyone know? Once my probation is sent to NV I wont be under CA anymore. Please help anyone! Thanks!
