(Substance Abuse Traffic Offender Program), evaluation, attend a M.A.D.D. (Mothers Against Drunk Driving) Victim Impact Panel, pay a reinstatement fee to the Missouri Driver's License Bureau, and file and maintain proof of financial responsibility (SR-22 insurance) for two years from the suspension or revocation date. The penalties in Missouri rapidly escalate for charges subsequent to a first violation.

6. What will happen if I do not complete the classes or public service ordered by the Court in a Missouri DUI / DWI case?

You will likely go to jail.

7. I lost my Missouri driver’s license after a drunk driving conviction. May I obtain a license in another state?

In most cases, no.
